Robert Hilton serves as Executive Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Head of Corporate Legal and Corporate Secretary of TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising businesses including UFC, WWE, PBR, On Location, IMG and Zuffa Boxing. He leads the company's corporate legal function, with responsibility for public company reporting and securities compliance, corporate governance, board and committee matters, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic transactions across TKO's global portfolio. Hilton additionally serves as General Counsel of On Location, TKO's premium hospitality and experiences business.
Hilton joined TKO at its formation in 2023, arriving from Endeavor, where he spent seven years and rose through a succession of senior legal roles to Executive Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, building and leading the corporate legal and governance function through the company's public listing and subsequent transactions. He began his career as an M&A associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and later at Gunderson Dettmer. Hilton was named to Sports Business Journal's Forty Under 40 Class of 2025 and has been recognized by Variety among the entertainment industry's leading in-house counsel.
Hilton graduated in 2007 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in History and Political Science, and holds a J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law.
